Precision fermentation:

A cow-free future.

Precision fermentation is a revolutionary technology that has its roots in the centuries-old tradition of yogurt and cheese production. It enables the production of bioidentical milk proteins, completely without the cow. And without any negative impact on the climate, animal welfare and land use.

We make use of this technology to offer dairy products in the future that are 100%
cow-free but still taste just like the original.

First, suitable microorganisms such as yeast cells are selected and modified for the production of milk proteins.
